FOR NEW PATIENTS:
Included in the price, you receive: a full consultation appointment & full report of findings appointment.
Your consultation includes:
- a full physical and orthopaedic examination
- posture pictures with state-of-the-art software
- a discussion about your medical history & personal life goals
After your consultation, we will bring you back for a Report of Findings appointment on a separate day (included in the price) where we will go over our findings, and then share the bespoke care plan we've created for you.
At this second appointment, if it's appropriate and you so choose, you can have your first chiropractic adjustment.
If you are in acute pain and need to be seen sooner than is available online you can call us on 01273 254017 and we can see if we can expediate the process for you.

If your query or concern is something that requires the attention of Dr Rik, Maddie will relay this information to him, and he may contact you directly via phone call or email to discuss your query or concern in more detail.
Raising a Complaint.
For any other issue or complaint please email info@vibechiropractic.co.uk with the full details of your complaint.
Your complaint will be dealt with in confidence by Dr Rik, who will respond via email.
Refund Policy.
If you choose to cancel your care for any reason and have a pre-paid plan, we will refund the unused visits. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method and must be done in person.
Refunds will not be given for adjustment appointments that have already been used in any circumstance.
